Old vs New

TU Delft revised the CSE curriculum. Every course code changed, and some courses merged or vanished.

  • New starts 2026-27 for Year 1, and 2027-28 for Years 2 and 3.
  • Codes went from CSE1305 (4-digit) to CSE13C (year + quarter + slot). Projects are CSE100 / CSE200 / CSE300.
  • The Multimedia / Systems / Data variant tracks are abolished, replaced by 5 free electives (2 in year 2, 3 in year 3).
  • Removed courses get extra exams for one more year after their last teaching. From September 2030, credits from old courses with no new equivalent stop counting toward your 180 EC.

Old Curriculum/ is a frozen snapshot of the pre-2026 programme. It exists for resits and for courses that were discontinued outright, and it is what this folder still holds. If you started in 2026-27 or later, you want Lightspace.
